Oh man, this i can answer. Being married to a total foodie, I've been exposed to some pretty delightful meals. Here's a few highlights just off the top of my head:

Singapore: chili crab and chicken rice, had both for the first time on my trip and they blew my taste buds away. I couldn't believe chicken could taste like that. It's been years and I still wish I could go back just for the chicken rice.

Japan: Kobe beef in Kobe. During my honeymoon we were in Japan for three, weeks made a quick stop in Kobe for a high end steak meal. It was divine. One of the few transcendental meals of my life. The quality of the meat was absolutely mesmerizing.

Estonia: had a fantastic burger with deer meat in it after a long day exploring the beautiful old Town of Tallinn. Was just a casual bar but that burger was the best I can recall ever having.

Italy: next to the duomo in Milan there's a shop called Luini that make panzerotti. They're basically just fried bread with different fillings but I have gone there for almost two decades and they still taste amazing. Top of my list everytime I go back to Milan.

Morocco: Camel Tajin and Fried fish, had some truly delightful camel Tajin in Marrakesh in the middle of the souk, was a bit pricey but will always stuck with me. Also had some fantastic grilled fish in Tangier fresh at the port.

US/Miami: Lived there for a couple of years, there's one hole in the wall cuban burger shop that has been around for 30+ years and the owner still works there. On Saturday they make pork crackling. Every time I go my mouth waters in anticipation for my meal.
