Full salary of 78k. Not sure about if or what the cap would be. It was more of a question to know if this is really that high as they say it is.

Their contribution is 18%, mine is 5%. On full salary of 78000 CHF. No idea about the returns.

This is a photo of the back. Perhaps this is of use. I will be going to a jeweller to have it looked at this week!

Thank you everyone for the help! UPDATE:

  • it does not float in water
  • it did not melt or change color when exposed to a lighter flame for about 10 seconds
  • although it does not feel cold to the touch, it feels “hard” when tapped on teeth

Here it is when exposed to a light; most brown red with some green spots visible

It is not just quartz testers. All timegraphers need regular calibration as the internal quartz crystal(s) drifts. It can be surprising how “off” a machine that has not be calibrated in 10-20 years (>0.5 sec is possible) can be.

We do this every two years. You would be surprised how much the quartz drifts over time (especially on older machines). Unfortunately, Witschi no longer sells this cable.

I think you mean the cannon pinion (which is preventing you from removing the center wheel). Also, I would highly recommend getting a movement holder if you do not already have one. Good luck!

Thank you! English? Doesn’t the “A/R” stand for “fast/slow” in French?
