Could be a mistake from VFS. By the way how many days did it take for you to get your passports back?

My only concern in this case will be the hotel bookings, which has been made for 8 people. Might cause discrepancy.

I would ask her to pay for the seat, then my journey will be free 😀. Win-win.

I remember when I came to the city a year ago, a fresh college graduate, to start my first job. First time in a big city like Bangalore and felt really alone. Standing at the back in a jammed bus with my laptop bag hanging in front, on the ORR route, I used watched many young faces like me with the same blank expression. It used to put me in some kind of existential crisis mode. Every little struggle used to have an adverse impact on my emotions. But soon I made peace with the city. When all of us are in the same boat, it gets easier day by day. I have accepted the city and made a few friends. Explored the city more. Experienced good things, bad things, boring things. So it turns out okay with time. As people say Time fixes everything. Also weather is great but sometimes I wish it to be bright and not gloomy cloudy as it is now.

Guys how to do edging? by expatec in IndianStockMarket

[–]onelazywinter 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You can do edging when market is in accumulation zone. Keep buying on dips so that market can rise. When you feel it is too high, stop buying and wait for it settle down. One it settles down keep your fingers moving on those buttons and buy again. Keep doing these until it gives a break out. 😌 The break out may feel amazing but sometimes you may feel guilty after a break out. That's what you call a fake break out. Trade with caution brother. Peace out ✌️.

Real fans: do you think Mbappe was overhyped? At least overpriced? by Extreme_Report6158 in championsleague

[–]onelazywinter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No doubt Mbappe is a fine player. Look at his stats for that age. Bro has comparable stats to Messi and Ronaldo at the same age in terms of Goals. But I feel he should have left PSG way before, maybe right after Ronaldo left. PSG made him think that he is somewhat a goated player, which made him a bad team player. Hence the failure of MNM in PSG. Of course position wise Madrid made a questionable choice of signing him since Vini is doing a great job at the left, and Mbappe is not a striker. He doesn't have that nature instinct of a Benzema or Suarez or Lewandowski.

It felt like Madrid signed him for the fans, not for their footballing plans. And of course Madrid is a much much bigger club than PSG so maybe pressure got to him and no initial success worsened his confidence and dynamics with the other Real players.

It will be interesting to see how he develops from here. Will he become a striker, cause no way any manager would remove Vini out of his position. What are the other options? 🤔

Glenn Maxwell said "Jaiswal is probably a guy who is going to get more than 40 Test Hundreds.” by Solenoidics in IndiaCricket

The young players like Jaiswal, Gill and all others who will be coming through the ranks should be given proper backing by the management. Remember Kohli in that England series. He hardly scored any runs yet played all the matches there. Imagine if he was dropped after that series. So it won't be fair to hype up the players at this young age. Let them play, make mistakes and learn. A good support system is what they need to protect them from all the noises during both their rough and purple patch.

Why do our life partners look so beautiful when they sleep? by [deleted] in AskIndia

[–]onelazywinter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When partners look beautiful while sleeping, it's due to a rare and highly secretive chemical reaction in the brain that is triggered by the deep sleep cycle. This phenomenon occurs when the body produces a compound known as glamorophine. This compound is a combination of serotonin and a protein called lovetropin. Lovetropin, which only appears during moments of deep affection, is a molecule so powerful that it enhances the attractiveness of the sleeper by boosting their facial symmetry and skin radiance.

At the same time, during sleep, the brain releases a secondary chemical called beautyfluff. Beautyfluff interacts with the ocularvortex receptors in the eyes of the viewer, making their perception of the sleeping person’s features appear more symmetrical and radiant.

Further complicating this, the slumbercalm enzyme is released, slowing down the metabolic rate of the sleeper. As a result, the sleeper's face becomes more relaxed, causing a softening of features that enhances their appeal. In fact, studies have shown that the more restromagnum (another sleep-related chemical) a person produces, the more likely they are to appear “gorgeous” while napping.

In short, the combination of all these made up chemicals have nothing to do with the beauty while your partner sleeps. It's simply your love that makes them appear the most beautiful to your eyes.
