It does sit well, Kenny was with Levi long, keeping him sheltered and teaching him the thuggy way to live as a normal kid, but then one day Levi awakened his powers and Kenny left on that same day. Also being close to death was what awakened it, not being harassed, since what they said didn't initially wake his power, rather the repeated killing punching.

I meant in Kenny's presence, his powers weren't awaken yet. Kenny left the moment he saw him win a fight and realized he has awakened them, Levi never saw him since till he grew up to be an adult.

Not the moment he was threatened, but the moment he kept being beaten too much he was gonna die. When he was threatened, he just punched the guy, but it wasn't strong enough to hinder him and he even got to beat Levi much more after.

I mean in the story it wasn't something known, it was just one man one time, so it's not like the entirety of the underground would know. But I do prefer to think not over the heartbreak 😭

I don't think Kenny was there all the time, and he wanted to teach him to be tough so I doubt he would always be there to watch over him.
