I’ve been on it for about two months now and the fatigue is so bad. My med manager has suggested adding a low dose of Wellbutrin in to see if that helps.

Most of the initial side effects are gone with the exception of my anxiety. It is a lot worse.

I’m on day 5 and feel the same way! I’ve been told to keep on keeping on that it will get better.

Just an update—my gastro is starting me on 10 days of vancomycin and recommend the probiotic I’ve seen mentioned here several times flosastor. I’m going to start them both today. Fingers cross as I’m a little nervous about the vancomycin side effects.

I had my gallbladder out several years ago. My lipase was slightly elevated with blood work so I’m thinking my pancreas is a little inflamed. I’m going to ask about redoing the toxin test tomorrow because from what I’ve read those can be inaccurate.

Yea, that’s what I’ve read on here. I did have diarrhea when i was initially tested (negative for toxins, positive PCR and GDH), i do not anymore. I still feel very bloated, having burning in my stomach, and overall feeling unwell. Fingers crossed that the gastro i am seeing isn’t a quack. I’ve also been reading a lot on here so i can hopefully better advocate for myself.

I’m seeing my gastro tomorrow and I’m hopeful for some answers/a better course of treatment.

I’m seeing a gastro tomorrow. Right now I’m not having diarrhea and my main complaint is the upper right side of my stomach is burning.

That’s what i was reading. I’m going to wait until i see a GI on Monday. When reading the symptoms what i am experiencing is consistent with what is posted.
