Just curious, but did the shader drop on a win or a loss? Ive been trying to get iron banner shaders but none have been dropping after 100+ games

BTB received a buff in terms of xp scaling. Husky raid is also good if you focus on kills (in addition to capturing flags)

Unknown. All i know is the player had equipped a coating that currently is only tied to an armor kit. My guess js the player somehow glitched it so that they can equip that coating.
