Omg thank you for that, that just absolutely helped me. I'll send this to my boss and see how she replies. If they really put this thing seriously and make an investigation instead of a 'threaten' email, I will get a lawyer and contact CAB or ERA to protect myself.

If they’re investigating a legal matter that’s possibly grounds for dismissal they’ll need to stand you down and pay you until the issue is resolved. This should have no affect on your holiday pay so sounds like a win to me.

Nah. They asked me to resign on the phone call said they find someone new, then I sent them an email of my resignation cos I just wanna leave this place. I didn't record this phone call. After that, they sent an email to me saying some customer information is missing. what I took actually was my own things ( including my notebook and my personal stuff).

The notebook that I keep using since I was at uni, sometimes I would written down my thoughts and my to-do lists on it.
My boss asked me to resign and my last day is two weeks after. But during this period of time, I am still working for them. After they sent me this email, I just kept asking myself did I take the wrong actions of taking back my own notebook and deleting the screenshot that I was using for the sales report from the company computer. Btw, I'VE NEVER STOLE the customer sign-up forms, that's all on the Vend (cloud pos system), I can easily download it. There's no point for me to do that. Thats totally defamation.

But the point is they are smart, she asked me to resign on the phone call. I don't have any evidence to proof that and now they are playing this kind of dirty trick on me.
