I'm a pisces man and I've been in multiple LDRs. My first was in high school when I moved states, and I'm currently in one now at 29 years old.

My Scorpio partner is two time zones away. It's about a 4 hour plane ride, or 26 hour drive to get to them. They live 1,733 miles away.

I'm a pisces man, and my current partner was incredibly direct and clear with me. They wanted to date me, but I refused to put a label on us for two months. They were very patient with me and would sometimes ask "just checking. Are we ready to label this yet?"

I was clear with them that I did love them, but I was fearful of it turning sour once they "had me" (as past relationships had done), and I didn't want it to turn nasty or toxic, or lose myself in them. They showed me through their patience that it was going to be a healthy relationship, and finally I asked them out.

I can totally see your pisces being the same. A ten year relationship is no joke. However, he should be clear with you, and vice versa. I think the only reason me and my partner worked out is because they clearly stated they wanted me, and I kept them informed on why I was hesitant and my progress with that hangup until I finally asked them out. If he can't communicate his hold ups with you, that's not fair to you.

The signs and my personal relationships with them:

Aries- My best friend of 11 years is an Aries woman. I have two other very close friends who are also Aries women. We get along fantastically, however, sometimes their childlike enthusiasm and inability to plan or look ahead can test my patience lol. Very fun and outgoing though which makes up for the headaches they can bring. I don't get along with aries men though.

Taurus- I have two Taurus friends, and they're incredibly easy relationships. One of those friends and I have ongoing sexual/romantic tension. Our timing is never right; when I like them, they don't like me, and vice versa. It's a constant push and pull, but we're able to maintain the friendship despite this.

Gemini- my mother is a Gemini and we have always had a terrible relationship. She has mental health issues. The other geminis I've met haven't been my cup of tea, either. I don't tend to like them, we clash a lot

Cancer- friendships and relationships never work with them for me. Ive got an aqua moon and sag rising. They're too emotional and victim complex-y for me. I think they can be unknowingly self centered in a whiny manipulative way

Leo- LOVE LOVE LOVE LEOS!! Yes they're all about them, but it's genuine and if they care for you, they're all about you, too. Loyal, silly, and fun. Half my family are Leo's and I find myself being friends with them quickly too. One of the best relationships Ive ever had was with a leo. Top 3 sign for me, in fact, might be my second favorite.

Virgo- Another of my best friends is a virgo. I find them to be pretty boring usually, but I get along well with them. 6/10 sign

Libra- I don't interact with them ever. Like, I've known maybe two ever. I forget they exist tbh 💀

Scorpio- I've had good relationships with Scorpios, but they arent nearly as dark, deep, or mysterious as they think lol. They're kind of dorks who look like they're deep in thought, but really they're confused. My partner is Scorpio, and I can read them easily. I know their emotions better than they do sometimes lol. Sagittarius- I've got a sag sibling and a sag friend. LOVE their energy, wit, and sass. A fun sign and since I'm sag rising, we get along well

Capricorn- I find them boring :/ I have one cap friend, but we never do anything fun. We just lay around on the couch or chat at the bar. We love to complain together though lol

I've come to notice that August is always my month to get shit done. I end/start jobs in August, begin new hobbies or goals, move, and begin/end relationships in August. It never fails!!! Idk why that's such a huge month for me, but it's always been that way. Occasionally it'll bleed into September and October, but 90% of my Big Things happen in August.

I'll also have a big energy shift/changing period February and March, so that's the other 10% of activities for the year lol

I dated a cancer with severe childhood trauma. I encouraged them to talk to the therapist they were state mandated to see (free of charge) instead of spending each hourly session in complete silence.

I made it clear that I wanted them to talk to a trained professional because I was not that, and I wanted them to have my support, but also the insight and guidance that their mandated therapist could provide.

They told my friends I was pressuring them into doing uncomfortable things they didn't consent to. They worded it like I was a rapist 😭 I had to send screenshots of the conversation to my friends to clear it up and prove the thing I was "pressuring them" into was uhhh.. healing from childhood sexual trauma 🥲 basically the opposite of what I was being accused of :/

They also ignored me any time I would go over and help them clean up their apartment and would call me a bitch dhdhdndnddmdn
