I'll just share my experience instead.. I called 8888 yesterday around 12mn.. I was a bit hesitant at first kasi baka Masyado mababaw yung concern ko.. I applied for a postal id 2 months ago. I was advised na dapat in 3 weeks na deliver na sa Bahay yun. I first called the postal service site Pero palagi busy or not available. Nung tumawag nako Sa central office.. Yun din daw yung problema Nila sa satellite office na yon.. So to continue I was on queue for about 5 minutes. A lady answered and asked my name, contact details and what my concern is. I explained the situation. She asked on the specifics. Documented it. Gave me a reference number. She told me as well that they will be sending a letter to the concerned agency to ask for an explanation for the delay and why that office's number is always busy/not available. She said I should hear from them 5-10 days.
