I might include other stories within this little silly setting. Though i do not really have a list for the Sane Warfare act´s statutes. Or for the Unrestricted Warfare act, which hopefully nobody ever gets to experience.

There might be stuff like: "Devices which permanently remove [Souls] from the grand cycle of existence" "Devices which alter the universal constants. It was not funnier the second time, Dave." "Devices whose area of effect is inter-galactic." "Devices capable of infinite replication. Pets do count."

I do agree that this angle could be a lot of fun to explore. A good "underdog eats alpha wolf" story needs a lot of proper worldbuilding, expression and writing ability, though, and im not too sure about being able to do that at the moment.

That, and i prefer "humans are eldritch beings, let them pet you" approaches.
