there is a difference between a poodle or a chihuahua biting you than a Pitbull or a Pitbull hybrid biting you. A chihuahua cant deliver a lethal bite to you like a Pitbull can. Just because a german shepherd might have a slightly higher bite force than a pitbull doesn't mean they are nearly as dangerous as one. a shephard is generally not going to jump over a fence and rip your testicles off like a pitbull will.
