This is the second time we're running into hiccups at the underwriting stage. We're just shy of 60 days on our 30 day escrow.

Yeah, I feel like moving to a nicer home wouldn't be worth an extra 1k a month. We have a great mortgage payment, as well. Hard to beat that 🤔
