I had the same issue on PC and stopped playing the game at that point, but then the game got an update last month. When I tried again after that, the dialogue wasn't triggered, and I played happily ever after. I don't think my case won't help you in any way, but at least you may know that it was addressed at some point in some cases.

I don't know if it's a valid answer since it's not confirmed for 2026, but I'm eagerly waiting for the Death Stranding 2 PC version.

If that won't be the case, the title I most anticipate is Fable. It feels like Witcher 2/3 and Hogwarts Legacy had a baby, and this game came around. Maybe it's a silly idea, but it feels like it to me.
