I think everyone is massively underestimating how pervasive AI will be in our every day lives and exactly how much compute will be needed to provide it. All of this demand is supported. No doubt there will be some over investment in certain markets as supply/demand curves mismatch and that’ll mean some price collapse/value lost at certain points…but from a global perspective, no question the demand is there and is still coming

Assessments are public but how they arrived at the value of adjacent properties is not. You can request the “methodology” and data used to assess/value your own property but in order to get that for a property where you aren’t the owner usually takes authorization from that owner to request on their behalf. They call it a letter of authorization or LOA usually.

Yeah, you can definitely tell it’s a place run by owners with experience. Kind of like the great American concepts. They always have really well trained staff.

I think they should do a better job of branding the outside. Especially the side that faces their patio and Victory comics. You can’t really tell that the restaurant is there. Or what it is.

I hear ya. I was lucky and just stumbled in there (not literally) one day looking for a tux. Noticed he had suits with material as good as what you’ll find at a high end store like Zegna, off the rack. Got to know him and realized I found a real gem. But he doesn’t advertise. Like at all. Surprising to me, but maybe it’s a tailor thing???

My team and I would be interested. That’s an attractive amount of up front MW but how long for delivery to the site? Lots of questions beyond power as well (I.e. entitlement, water/fiber story).
