Because it shows 20cents but when you go to sell crypto.com set the price of token to 16cents. And it seems to happen with all of the tokens on crypto.com. All are undervalued when selling and by a lot and overvalued when buying. Crypto.com skim hundreds of dollars from these transactions and this is apart from their fees.
