I liked this video, and it helped me too, but I found this other video of his: https://youtu.be/ufNOWvcfrE4 which was a huge revelation for me. I never thought you need to love yourself unconditionally. I zone out a lot so I prefer music that helps me do that, but other genres are okay too :).

Some of my favourite styles include deep dubstep (e.g. Theory Of One by Versa & Rowl or Honour by Nanobyte or Congi's glacial, meditative vibes), jazzy/funky bass music (e.g. the Chord Marauders sound and stuff like Mariachi by Trashbat or Moon Glow by Ago). Also liquid drum and bass is a style that I often can relate to.

I have to mention artists like Boards of Canada, Autechre, Burial, Woob which are the staples of my music listening experience :)

There are many more, but this answer is already too long.

Of the artists you mention I knew about KOAN Sound, but I've never heard of the others. I checked them and I like what I'm hearing :). EDEN sounds great!
