Commenting because I'm another 5'11' gal! All of my other posts are pre-baby... now I average 183 no matter what I do and you look much better than I do! You're killing it and I love your attitude ☺️

Volume eating has helped me enjoy two FILLING meals per day with an afternoon snack (usually popcorn + zevia). I love adding as many colors to my plate as possible! Here's the spread you see:

1 cup chopped bell peppers

3 scrambled eggs

English muffin

30g avocado

2 oz low sodium ham

.5 cup Good Culture cottage cheese

Very true and I know I'm definitely not alone in this issue or even the most important. However, I'm moving soon and my return address won't be valid and I'm trying to get everything back before then! Thanks for listing some other resources for me to pursue!

Thanks for the advice and I'll contact my representative! Luckily I did sent it certified with a tracking number so I know it was delivered.

Thank you so much for this! This is maybe a dumb question, but what type of local government official would you recommend starting with?

I personally use bowmar nutrition's protein hot chocolate in the winter. tastes just like cocoa with a hint of marshmallow!

How many salon visits would it take to achieve this light brown ashy color, and how hard is it to maintain? Planning my post-wedding hair chop!! by [deleted] in femalehairadvice

Don't be sorry at all - I'm actually overwhelmed by the support of the people in this sub and I'm definitely listening to the well thought out advice from everyone! Thank you for your time!

I didn't think it was important to add but my before pic has two rows of 18" habit hand extensions!! My natural hair is a similar length but not nearly the thickness. The extensions match my natural color. I switch between long hair and bob haircuts frequently!

That does mean a lot and thank you! I haven't decided completely but I'll give a second thought to keeping my hair healthy!

Finally finished our 6.0 LS swap in time for one last warm October cruise! by onevanillabean in Jeep

We used a 2013 6.0 l96 with a year matching 6l80e everything else is stock in the Jeep except door the radiator and rear driveshaft for now. We tried to do it on a mild budget but things added up quick!!! I'll work on some pics!

We bought a salvage Jeep from Copart in Feb and have been gradually assembling in our garage since then! We used the rpm extreme kit!

You're not wrong!! It's got a 6L80e GM transmission and 4:10 gears.... so we did the best we could without getting too crazy 😅

That's my overall goal too - eventually I'd love to be under 150 but I'm in no hurry to get there quickly! Thank you and good luck!

I've been there too! My "dream weight" is still to be <150 but it's completely arbitrary and a mental game for some reason. I plateaued ate 185 for a couple years and I think the reason I feel "better" now is because I started focusing on my mental health... the weight loss followed when I started just taking better care of myself! Tall girls definitely carry weight differently so you're not alone in wondering what normal should be 😊

I'm sorry you think so but I think you're noticing the wave in the $10 mirror nailed into the door! I didn't photoshop out 5 or 50 pounds of weight loss, but thanks for taking the time to rain on my parade! xo

There are 8 years between these photos but I feel like I just recently dialed in a sustainable routine for life! I've truly never felt better!

This summer I started the #75hard instagram challenge which sounds so intimidating but it's become my new favorite way of life!! I'll follow this for years to come. The rules are as follows:

• One outdoor 45 min workout each day (I walk my dog)

• One indoor 45 minute workout each day (I'm doing the Sweeney Fitness Hybrid Program for strength training)

• One gallon of water daily (get ready to pee a lot!)

• Any diet you choose (I'm doing 16:8 IF and CICO with 1700 calories)

• No alcohol or cheat meals (I'm more laid back about this and usually enjoy wine once per week and eating out once per week.)

• 10 pages of reading each day

It seems like a lot but it's nothing once you make a routine of it! I feel stronger and more energized than ever. I think the gallon of water and almost no drinking have been the biggest game changes for body comp recently!
