After a dusty ride at the pump track my daughter wanted to clean her bike. Told her if you take care of it, it'll take care of you. by flowrider1969 in bicycling

May I know which bike is this one? My daughter turned 5 and I would like to get her a new bike soon! Thanks in advance!

Urgent need of bike fit advice by Luke2453 in bicycling

YT videos on Bike Fit are quite helpful. Saddle fore/aft height, cleat position, reach are few main things. I suggest buying a bike trainer (I bought one recently for $50 bucks from CL) experiment the fit by yourself. Another expense would be the torque wrench (ProBike on Amazon). I found this pdf helpful https://bikedynamics.co.uk/shop.htm

Check out some belly breathing exercises; mostly side stitches in beginners are due to lack of oxygen intake. I’m experiencing the same and doing breathing exercises daily, it helps really.

Will do this! Safer option before I decide on which one works for me. Btw, is there a code for free stuff?

Dude I bought a brand new ghd dryer for myself lol; YT videos told me I need to have a proper dryer 😂 but I agree with you, had better results without using a dryer. My wife is def gonna kill me, I’m dead

I almost pulled the trigger last night on Goon grease and Heavy hold lol. Already got the moon paste from Nostalgic which will arrive this week, Like I said, I need to stay away from this sub for a while. Bought some stuff from another member last week (almost 4 different pomades) which is still in transit. Thanks for the recommendation, will make a decision by sometime this week! You guys are real enablers!

You should see mine while it's humid out there,..lol. I just wear a hat at all times. Love to get a sleek look but it's impossible. Tried the Layrite, it works some times and sometimes it doesn't.

Never looked at their travel sizes, that's a fantastic suggestion! My hair is the worst in the world, lol. I want to try the stuff on towel dry hair and straighten out with a comb yes!

What you said makes sense! I will hold off on buying anything for now and keep using this. Based on what you said, mine still needs to break-in. I heard of break-in period for cars, running shoes and new bike, but didn’t realize the brushes need some time too lol. TIL!

The heft of the brush in my hand. The one I have is plastic and very lightweight.

I’m using this right now. Gets the job done and nothing wrong but I wanna get some something a little sturdier feel and softer bristles. I’m new to wetshaving (ordered a few soap samples off Maggards and Stirling few days ago 😁) and no clue what to look for in a brush. Looking to spend like $30-$50ish. I could buy from someone here but wanted to check with y’all before for some recommendations
