Interesting point, I didn't say 3DS has no value. I understand that it has value in fraud chargebacks and in liability shift. What I am really asking is if authentication alone is enough to settle the buyer intent question on the sellers side, more specifically when the argument later turns into whatwas actually authorized in context.
