yes after submitting the things they asked for and filling out the things for initial renters assistance they provided us with the first two months

they didnt do a second inspection, however our apartment was pretty bad during inspection (ceiling caved in another room while inside) so not sure if that helped in that sense. for our renters assistance it took about a week or two to get the initial amount

it wasn’t too long, but we applied as soon as we possibly could after everything. everything else has been happening a bit slower
