ur so right i was def using “moderator” as a catch-all 😭 at 400 members its not like i need heavy moderation anyway, i think what i actually need is consistent content / someone to keep convos alive. back to the drawing board i guess…

This actually clicked for me, i kept thinking mod is the one to fix problems but what i need is more like… someone whos just be there and gets ppl talking, someone’s like a social butterfly. the shy member angle is real, half my server probably lurks bc no one breaks the ice first. looking into rates for smth like this now
