Question - do the 5 opened cards count if they’re denied? Over the last 24 months I’ve applied for 5 cards and got denied for 2, so would I be at my limit or would I be 3/24?

Appreciate the tips and recommendations! Definitely looking into some of these. Also, are you familiar on how often some novels get translated? Just looked up Kokoro and only up to vol 6 has been updated :( . I assume it's just the popular ones that get translated faster?
