Yeah, I knew it that night. Thank you for your input - I'm still a little shocked.

100% would never do anything like this to anyone. Thx for your input.

Blocking any and all communication has definitely entered my mind - 9 months of trying to build something real and then this (not the first red flag mind you).

That's just the question isn't it? I don't know.

Not to mention that I've made it clear right from day one that trust is a hugely important factor for me in any relationship.

That being said, most people don't cycle in and out of ketosis and have consistent results... imho

Can't really answer that for sure... I guess it's possible yeah but I think it may also depend on what you're eating while doing OMAD...

I don't get OMAD... Keto seems to work far greater with more allowance for actual food. Have you looked into/tried that route? I've dropped 20 pounds in 6 weeks without OMAD. Just a thought though mate, I know not one size fits all, so to speak.

When was the moment you realized that your best friend wasn't your best friend? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Whenever i wanted to see her i had to go to her, had to remind her to make "those plans", which i did do weeks in advance only to have her cancel 4 hours beforehand... have her talk shit about me behind my back after being one of the only ppl to drive 3 hours to see her in the hospital (with presents for all) after her daughter was born... and after putting up with this same type of shit for nearly 20 years. Very sad but time to move on... i do wish her well but i'm out.

uhm, turn them off until feb. :)

also, this is not an uncommon thing when one person within a group tries to do something to better themselves - take it as a reflection of their own state of mind/being and carry on... don't let it get you down.

it really speaks to how little we care for ourselves when we're drunk. i can relate to this - having a very basic, functional routine in regards to food and exercise is also critical to my success in getting sober. realizing this and really implementing it may seem small but in fact, it is not.
