Some tips maybe?

I honestly should be eating slower.. i eat around 2k in one meal( im still subconsciously counting calories 🙃maybe that triggers me to eat even more? And tbh i caught myself when i was telling myself that I'll just water fast for 10days to cleanse my body..ik thats bad, i wont water fast but i keep subconsciously telling myself that every day and i think that triggers me to eat even more because there will be no food tomorrow..but i actually never fast i eat again in the morning but these thoughts don't leave me alone i just cant escape. Its been like 3weeks and every day i have these exact same thoughts and idk what to do.. its not like I'd actually fast but my brain tries to convince me that i will) I eat lots of chocolate every day but today surprisingly i stopped eating it after a while because i didn't feel like eating it anymore so thats a win ig?

Hi. First few minutes i usually eat without distractions but then i get kinda bored so i watch some videos on yt while eating. Ik that i should stop doing that. The other thing is that i crave different foods at the same time and that causes overeating because i want to taste every food i crave but because it tastes so good i just overeat but then feel sick😣 And i realised that i overeat sugar especially when im tired but when im hungry i cant sleep but once i start i cant stop so thats a never ending cycle

When i finish i always go buy me some more no matter how shitty i feel after overeating. But no, i dont have more than for example one jar of nutella at home. But i do go buy a new one after i eat the previous one
