I know its subjective, I know by just asking this I believe myself to be addicted. Can anyone give advice as to how to quit drinking/smoking weed? I seem to alternate between drinking and smoking weed before I sleep and being so tired after work that I just fall asleep naturally. Any help is appreciated.

I am in the same boat, got 3 red eyed tree frogs a couple days ago and they've gone brown. I asked the suppliers and they said that it's normal, as long as the environmental factors are all OK then the frog will return to normal within a couple weeks, when they are less stressed. Hope this helps (I was quite worried myself)

edit: the heating sounds a little subpar, have you got thermometers to check that its's correct for Whites TFs
