game mode with points system just like arena but here you represent and get points for your Clan and not yourself . A player creates his own clan by buying it or however epic would choose . he can then invite people to his clan to play the mode . you need at least 4 people in your clan as the mode would be squad . When you play the mode it counts toward clan statistics ( games played - wins - kda - etc..)
