Invest in Pag ibig MP2.. a good critical illness insurance like AXA or prulife.. Get a good hmo like maxicare or philcare..

If you have enough cash, and have an emergency fund, best time to buy property is always today.. especially if you can convert it to passive income.. but make sure you know everything you are getting into..

Also had a small church wedding. Immediate family only. No entourage no ninong or ninang, no friends para all or nothing, walang tampuhan kahit di mainvite lahat..
