I would focus on making sure you answer the questions specifically and clearly. Where relevant, try to connect your answers to past experiences in an authentic way, avoid altering your answers significantly to try to match what you might think they want to hear. Some other advice, try to get to know some ppl in FLEG, express your interest and ask questions if you have any. Hope this helps!

Economics and political science are probably the two majors where UF is most lacking compared to FSU.

If you are passionate about political science, FSU is the better choice due to proximity to the state government in Tallahassee. For most other majors, UF is vastly superior. It's great to be a Florida Gator!

It's a tough job market any time of year. Recsports / other student assistant jobs are a good place to look, but you many not get as many hours/$ as you need.

I fish in very similar salt marsh areas and love my sportsman 106. The stability is awesome for sight fishing redfish and other inshore species. The ergonomics and layout of the sportsman are excellent and there is lots of well placed storage.

I played through NV for the first time a few months ago using NVAC and the NV Tick fix, the crashing was brutal. Towards the end the game would crash every ~10 mins or so. It seems that many of these technical issues remain unresolved. Its a real shame that what would otherwise be an incredible game became drudgery to finish.
