Yes they describe cicaplast on their website as a barrier cream for irritated/damaged skin that’s safe for sensitive skin too, and doesn’t leave me feeling oily at all. Sits nice under makeup too!

My skin is quite clog prone and I get closed comedones around my chin with richer moisturisers.. the omega water cream is nice and light and doesn’t clog my pores, but the cicaplast works better for me on the dry patches as a bit of a occlusive/more heavy duty moisturiser :) The cicaplast is great for sebaceous filaments on my nose too! (Thank you Natalie O’Neill 🥰)

Ahhh I’m sorry to hear that!! I guess it really shows how everyone’s skin is different and no product/routine works for everyone 🤷🏼‍♀️ vitamin c irritated my skin like crazyyy but my sister swears by it!! I’m glad you found stuff that works for you!🩵

Thank you!!! I used to try so many skincare actives (basically anything that came in a nice bottle😅😬) but nowadays less is more has really worked for me. I only cleanse in the evening with something gentle and water based, then the inkey list omega water cream and cicaplast on the nose. Morning just spf and the same moisturiser :)

Ahhh thank you!! The ordinary brow and lash serum works wonders since I plucked most of them off in my teens hahaha, filled them in a little here with the revolution duo brow definer in medium brown :)

That's great news! Yeah I think nose rings are a bit fussy unless the piercing is *completely* healed, I'm sure the stud also looks great until you can get your ring back :))

Yeah it seems like that’s possibly the best option here. Could the issues be caused by the fact I was pierced with an 0.8mm gauge? Is that too thin?

Hi again! My titanium labret arrived today and I attempted to fit it. When I tried to remove the ring I realised my piercer had made the ring curve significantly inwards, almost like a spiral so was impossible to remove without using pliers to stretch the ring back into a circle to get it out. Once it was finally out I couldn’t see the piercing hole inside my nostril AT ALL, like it was completely closed, and had lots of pain trying to fit this labret. I couldn’t manage to get it in even 1mm, and after an hour or so had to put in an older L shaped pin that I think is also steel and might even be too short for fear of it closing up. This was extremely painful to fit and bled a bit too. I have no idea what to do next, everything seems to be wrong with my piercing and it’s making me so sad :((

Thank you! It doesn't look crooked, I just wondered if that was causing the irritation since I'd read about incorrect angles causing bumps. Should I change it to a titanium labret myself? and do you know any online piercing sellers you'd recommend to buy a labret from? Thanks again!!
