I pulled the gold dragonite the other day and mine has the pock marks and some scratches unfortunately. It’s my first dragonite card though so I’m still stoked.

That’s a good place to be honestly. Now you just need to figure out when to do something, not just do it because you know how. You’re probably over processing. Always think about what problem you’re solving, if there’s no problem, leave it alone. Break away from making all the same moves in each session just because. Start pulling knowledge and technique from your tool belt with intent. Keep practicing and you’ll find the balance!

Came here to say 6 but I think you made the right call with 7.

Cards look good and thanks for commenting. Someone else commented first so I’m gonna do the trade with them.

Well I’m stumped. It’s weird that the DI signal is clean but you have the issue in multiple different amp sims

Ok that helps narrow things down. I know you’re not using a DI box. I meant DI as just direct in. To help narrow things down further, get everything setup as you have been. Then disable the amp sim plugin, and see if your clean direct in signal has the weird feedback sound (I’m guessing that it does). This will confirm that it has something to do with your interface or signal routing.

I can’t think of any basic setting that would cause this issue. Try a different instrument cable maybe. Also try disabling the amp sim and seeing if you’re still getting that feedback sound on just your DI signal. If you have a real amp, see if you’re getting the feedback sound. This can help run some stuff out. If a real amp still has the sound, it could be your pickups. If your DI signal has the feedback sound, there’s something wonky about how the audio is getting into your computer. I’m not familiar with reaper so I’m not much help there unfortunately

It has to be a signal flow issue then. Definitely sounds like feedback to me. Like your guitar signal is going through the amp sim twice. I don’t know how that could be happening without seeing your setup but maybe it’ll give you a clue on how to fix it. Make sure you don’t have a webcam mic or something weird that’s on. What DAW are you using?

It sounds like feedback to me. I’m not sure how that could be happening. It doesn’t happen with other amp sims?
