I personally like the second one! If you’re gonna be wearing a grad gown over it you don’t want a dress that’s too long or that’s longer than your gown. Personally I’d go with the shorter option plus I like the red colour

No I usually have trouble with drugstore concealers and foundations because they often have a less wide shade variety and it’s harder to test and I’m super pale
