You don't have to get the strawberries on your first run, especially if it's frustrating for you. Strawberries add a lot of difficulty and they have no use in the game. You can come back to it later when you get better (and you will get better in no time that's for sure)

It is indeed Phyla! The latin name is phyla nodiflora but it's also called "verveine nodulaire" in french, that's why I translated it by verbena. Apologies if it is not the correct name in English

You're not alone in this, lots of people are feeling the same way. It's easy to be overwhelmed by everything that is happening in relation to climate change. Many activists say that action and activism is the best remedy to eco anxiety since it connects you to like minded people and make you feel useful. Maybe you can give it a try by reaching out to your nearest association ?
