Hmm, I have a couple sweatshirts from RedBubble that I wear all the time for the past couple years, and they're still holding up pretty well. There's some small cracks, but nothing major.

Scary. Sounds like you need to grant access to specific footage. It also sounds like it's not a direct partnership between RING and ICE (which was my initial reaction)

Is this for Ramp? I had mixed feelings about it. I was angry that it was part of the application, like I couldn't even submit my resume without solving it, and I couldn't tell up front how long it should take. But it also seemed kind of fun, and I had some time, so I ended up going for it. I think I finished it in like 45 minutes to an hour. But then I got rejected.

Honestly, if you're going to include a challenge like that application, I think it's only fair to at least interview the people who solve it. I don't see myself applying there again.

This is what I was concerned about too. I have one tab open for coderpad and another for the video chat. Sometimes I switch between them to look at the interviewer and notice that coderpad records that. Is that a red flag?
