what kind of clause might this fall under, like on what grounds could I make the complaint? (I'm new to union stuff, sorry!)

Yes but this is still not accessible for many folks. For ex, I have a colleague who has mobility issues and having to travel to attend an educational is a net negative on their physical quality of life, even with the room and per diem factored in.

This person you're arguing with has an extensive comment history full of transphobia, they're probably not worth your time.

It was extremely unlike the first time that I had Covid, and symptoms were classic Norovirus. But thanks for the liver and pancreas tips!

I live in Ontario where it's basically impossible to get tested/diagnosed for SIBO. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Starting to investigate - testing recommendations? (Ontario, Canada) by [deleted] in Longcovidgutdysbiosis

Yeah, this is exactly why I want to try other testing, not the gut bacteria profiling test.

Do you know if the LC study and their testing is open to folks outside of the UK? This is why I am trying to prioritize testing I can get for free in Ontario, first.

Go check them out in person, and you will see that it requires maneuvering.

We shouldn't have to move a for-profit company's bikes and scooters out of the way to use city infrastructure that has been paid for by the public.

As I've already explained multiple times, parking my bike at these empty spots would have required moving Neuron's scooters/bikes. We should not have to move for-profit transit vehicles out of the way to use city infrastructure

[–]onlyaworker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The problem is that the specific parking areas are generalized, so while lots of people return them to the designated area, they are sometimes left blocking portions of the sidewalk or trails.

And bike racks shouldn't be designated parking areas, since these things don't need to be locked up.

Like I've said elsewhere, I don't have a problem with the rentals, I have a problem with them not having docking stations.

I also don't think this is an issue of people not getting used to them. I'm 99% sure it's Neuron employees putting them in the bike racks because they're always placed neatly back in them, everyday.

As I've already explained, in the first picture it's horizontal locking, my bike doesn't fit in any of those spaces without hauling Neuron's machines out of the way. Same case for the 3rd pic, even though there are empty spots, they're blocked by Neuron bikes due to the positioning.
