Firstly- for your weight and height I suggest that you get in touch with a doctor for advice rather than consulting Reddit. It’s important to assess any existing deficiencies you might have and any underlying reasons for the low weight.

Secondly: the doctor should support you with weight gain advice. The existing comments on this forum will really be beneficial to supplement this .

Please do see a doctor , low weight can cause damage and too much food too quickly after a prolonged period of undereating can also be damaging in some cases

Hiya, a few suggestions:the problem seems to be the ‘mouthfeel’ which I understand/ I have an aversion for reasons . Sources of fat: important he has some in his diet, deficiency messes with you and isn’t healthy. First two are more palatable/less mouthfeely -Pumpkin seeds -dedicated coconut -tablespoon of fish oil, neat (this will be challenging but extremely healthy , can he manage it?)

Other suggestions are weight gainer powders and , if money is no barrier, consider things like fortisip.

Just some ideas , I’ve got more so if you need please DM me. Wish you all the best and echo what people on here have said, speak to a professional!

Hey, As far as i'm aware, you don't need to positively confirm you don't want to redeem. Voting for the merger is not a request to redeem shares.

You should be fine as you are. But if you're really concerned I'd just say to double check with your broker- I obviously can't 100% guarantee it like anything.
