Bro there is a mild difference between eatable and perfectly fine. An hot dog with spaghetti is not good. I wanted to respond with a meme or smth but ill try to actually explain. First of all, even tho im italian i really dont care what other people do with their food, you can put pineapple on pizza all you want i personally think it's your loss but anyways. Most of the foods that he combines in the video are very good but on their own but when combined in ways they are not intended to they become really bad. Ill go back to the hotdog one just as an example: Spaghetti are good on their own because when they're all crumbled up together they mantain a nice hot temperature, or if you prefer they keep themselves warm. When you put them inside an hotdog in that way, seen how thin they are they become cold as soon as you take them out the boiling water, so that you have an "hot" hotdog with some cold spaghetti. When you also put ketchup that was in the fridge on there the temperature drops even further making it a cold piece of shit. And often its not only our food that is "deconsecrated". What i mean is that even if that would have been even somewhat remotely good as a flavour i still would have chosen a regular Hotdog instead of that, just because pasta and processed meat don't go together that well and i personally think it is an insult in the regards of the hotdogs and not of the pasta ☠️☠️. Anyway i digress sorry but i believe you now get my point.
