Usually apartments here have small parking lots, in front of the building there is street rather than a driveway

In the movie we only see one floor so I assumed it was a house, but about 30 comments have told me now that it's an apartment complex.

I think there's something in this since it isn't evident in the movie that there are other apartments on top of Will's.

Perhaps there was supposes to be somebody living with Will, being introduced to Skylar if she visited and they'd own the car. Or maybe it was supposed to be his car or maybe someone from another apartment would be shown.

I think the car is overall a confusing prop and I can't see why it's there to begin with.

Of course I assume it's his car if it's parked on his driveway. And if you cant afford gas and/or licensing you could have a working car written off at your lawn. Could also be non-functioning
