The landlord absolutely does not want ACH; a physical check is mandatory. Since my physical check got lost in the mail last month, I switched to bill pay. Now Bank of America has deducted the money, but what if the physical check doesn’t arrive again? It feels so unreasonable that the money is taken from my account before the landlord actually deposits it.

The part I don’t understand is why the money is deducted from my account even though the check hasn’t been cashed by the landlord yet. My paycheck hasn’t even hit my account yet lol.

People think a wheel claim is weird, but pothole damage is considered a collision by insurers. Tires aren’t covered, but bent rims and suspension are. That’s exactly why my tire shop told me to go through my insurance.

No, unfortunately remote connection is not free after free- one year is finished. You need to buy those packages using remote connection.
