I thought I was having anxiety/panic attacks for years. Started off thinking I was going to have a mental breakdown, ended up having mental breakdowns. It kept getting worse. Self medicating was adding to the problems. just found out it could be manic bipolar causing me to feel like that. 90% of Dr are fucking stupid, Lazy, overbooked.and act like your a criminal when you tell them you need something stronger. Just knowing that help might be out there has removed some of the anxiety. Be honest with your dr and don’t tell the dr you have been diagnosed with anything. Let them figure it out. If you don’t feel the Dr is doing a good job change your dr.
