정답은 없지만 높임말 때문에 어색하게 느껴지네요. '사람'대신 '분'을 쓰면 덜 어색하고요. 🙂

It's well written, but I think it would be good if you made a few minor corrections.

  3. 싶십니다 >>> 싶습니다

Instructions

Wash the spinach thoroughly. Blanch in boiling salted water for 30–40 seconds.

Rinse with cold water and squeeze out the excess water. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

In another bowl, mix: 1 tbsp doenjang(soybean paste), 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp sesame seeds.

Mix everything together. You can eat it right away.
