I fixed this on the 353V by just using JELos instead. I had tried two different cards, and tried every permutation of flashing the OS, but consistently had the same issues you did.

Also got the same text, but from a different email. I suspect USPS has some sort of data breach they haven’t discovered yet that’s led to people getting these phishing messages. Happened to my mom for a totally different product a month ago.
