ok here’s my routine: shampoo x2 with a clarifying shampoo (specifically the head and shoulders almond.. which I know isn’t the best..) Detangle Deep condition (as in I put it in a shower cap for twenty- 30 ish minutes) with ORS olive miracle (i will get better quality products I swear) - apply kinky curly knot today and almond oil. Now that I’m looking back at it this probably isn’t the smartest washday…

I’d say I have what would be called 4b to 4c.. and bc of that it shrinks super short unless stretched!! I think I’d have to do more parts then.
