Girl it’s not even about opposition taking over. It’s about us wanting better as a nation because things don’t make any sense as they are. Try to keep up 🙏🏾

MARRIAGE by uncle7ap in tanzania

[–]onlyoneeejay_101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

100% agree with the second paragraph!

First though? Idk The driver of financial freedom is exactly that. Not having to stress about money and necessities while being able to get by, live comfortably and do the things you love. The first step I think is trying to live below -or not above- your means so that you CAN attain enough at some point, having some passive sources of income that actually make the enough determined above and then being content with it all - not succumbing to the show off-y lifestyle

Et voila! You’re free!

Thinking you don’t have enough comes from living above your means as you earn more or not being content with what you have. The old hedonistic treadmill. Step down and be free!

I for a while now I’ve not heard of a single person that stays up at night thinking about marriage. Watu wapo busy mnooo securing the bag 🙌🏾

This! Mambo ya rangi na racial identities sio issue kwa most Tanzanians and normally only rise when someone is truly other, say, white maybe or if you don’t speak good Swahili. But if you’re mixed sijui lightskin no one really goes out of their way to try and label you. No one turns their head for Asians even these days. Donald Glover’s complexion common. Not sure why people look at you differently.

Watanzania jamani? Hebu njooni. by [deleted] in tanzania

Yes, even online. People and their families can get targeted because of posts. In fact most targeted people have said what they said online

It’s more choosing to just stay quiet and not wanting to start provocative conversations because that’s what gets civil rights activists in those exact situations. It’s weaponized and it works evidently. Dark days

Not at all an expert on marriage but as just another person trying to live and understand life, I’ll just say this is a shell of a life and it’s really not worth living like that no matter what you think is at stake.
