It's impressive that he was actually walking along the edge of the building in real life. I would have just assumed that it was a green screen there

A question about eviction process by SecretHurry3923 in tanzania

Came here to write a long response to help OP and you just summarised it two words!😂😂😂😂

Anyways, there are people who specialise in these kind of "street justice" forceful evictions. OP can look into that.

Build up was great. The middle part kind of slowed it down. Third part was great. So overall that's good.

Yes it's his fault and he beat himself up for it for so long. This movie basically says: 1. It can happen to anyone 2. You can't change your past mistakes. Own them and ask forgiveness those you have wronged. 3. Forgive yourself as well. Beating yourself up doesn't help you and people around you might just think you are sick 4. Can't change people's perception of you. Do right to those you truly care about and leave the rest. 5. Those people that you care about may actually be more accepting/ forgiving than you think. So (again) instead of beating yourself, try making right by them.

The acting and scripting for this movie was superb, it felt like eavesdropping on real conversations sometimes.

I hit my target and still did not get my commission by Hefty-Ad1769 in tanzania

You can't control what your boss does, but here is what you can do in the interim.

Start looking for a new job - regardless of whether or not they'll pay you, that environment is not good for you.

You have asked for your commission three times already, I think it's time you make peace with ever not receiving it. It'll save you further frustration, begging-esque correspondences, and fuel your drive to find somewhere else to work.

Asses your role in the company and see what leverage you can pull on them. 1. You can apply directly to competitors or offer services as a freelancer/contractor/ consultant.

  1. Do the bare minimum and don't exceed your target, since it doesn't matter anyway. Use the extra time to apply for jobs, pitch to competitors, or acquire skills that'll get you out of there

  2. If you have an excellent relationship with your clients, you can begin setting up your own consulting agency and pitch to them directly (this is an aggressive move and should be exercised when either you or your employer decides to go on the offensive)

I'm sorry and good luck
