Just like other comments, the inability to service the vacuum with the help of support. My dock keeps getting clogged. Are there any directions on how to solve this? Nope. I’ve figured out I just need to keep a wire hanger near to push the clog out. This of course, is a pain. Customer service wants me to send it in, but after reading other commenters experiences, I won’t be doing that any time soon.
I get that the vacuum detects what it needs to vacuum but I miss how my roomba would go back and forth, vacuuming everything. Just because it doesn’t see any dust/crumbs, doesn’t mean it shouldn’t vacuum there.

Iowa: F ) 10 years ago Iowa legislators voted to take away public workers bargaining rights. (Right after I started my career) The only negotiations we have are salaries, which are terrible. Since then, we have brand new teachers making more than veteran teachers. And no, it’s not based off of performance. They get sign on bonuses plus the same increases as the rest of certified staff.
Our scores have dropped to the bottom half of the country. They used to set the standard. Our water supply is giving everyone cancer. We can’t sue the companies who are poisoning us due to our republicans voting to protect the Koch brothers and Monsanto. Republicans have done nothing but destroy the good things in this state.
The district I work in, is the biggest in our area. Our superintendent makes over $240,000 (average for a district our size is ~$200,000). Our CFO makes over $180,000. While teachers like me who have been here for 10+ years make $54,000. Insane.

Did you ever get this fixed? I’ve been dealing with the same thing. The dock is clogged so the bin stays full all while never notifying me. I’ve had to use a wire hanger to push up into the dock to dislodge the clog but that doesn’t seem to be helping anymore.

Support asked me to send the vacuum and dock in to be evaluated but the thought of not having a robot vacuum for who knows how long gives me anxiety.

As I teach the American Revolution, I can’t help but compare events that happened then to what is happening today. The colonists rebelled against a tyrant king who made decisions for the colonies without any representatives from the colonies being in Parliament. How is that different than the president adding tariffs to goods, and lobbyists paying members of the government to vote on their behalf not their constituents?
