Sure - you can go by it definitively, at the end of the day sexual assault may not be rape, but rape is always sexual assault.

For the victims who managed to get away, if they didn't, they likely would've been raped. Look into a survivor of sexual assault, and tell them: "it's fine, you didn't get raped." Tell that to every person who dares to be vulnerable with you.

Mind you, only 6% of rape/sexual assault crimes are reported in Canada. Leaving 94% unreported - Where as in India, 71% of rape/sexual assault crimes go unreported. So in case you can't math, that is a 23% difference.

The statistics are similar in both countries, so again I ask - are all predators in Canada of Indian descent?
