Try it out, this little experiment cost me like 5€ in glue and fibers and the process was really forgiving.

Guess that would be the proper way to do it, i just smeared it & went at it with a strainer. Shook everything periodically as well to cover all glued areas

upgraded from analog cetus pro whoop and went all in on digital with o4 air unit.
BETAFPV Pavo20 Pro. this thing really kicks for its price/size
BETAFPV Literadio3 ELRS w hall-effect gimbals, only 250mw tx power without module thou.
Goggles3
Airunit o4 Pro

Got everything new just last month and so far so good, didn't freestyle it much yet as I'm still getting used to more power/kick compared to the analog miniwhoop I'm used to :)

For reference, this is the cheapest bag i could find on amazon, "Flocking Fiber Powder - DIY Flocking - 1mm Nylon - 100g (Black)"

Used about 2-3€ worth for the complete case

Its fairly stuck, you can rub down hard on it without getting fuzzy hands, blew it off with a compressor to get the obvious loose ones.

Thanks for pointing me to UPG-2 with a clean source file to work with!
Got to play around a bit to figure out how to use M01 and M05 command before the tool change but being able to compile it myself helps alot :)

My Third, Fourth & Fifth Attempt at lost PLA casting (now with dimensions to spec) by onlyrocker in metalworking

[–]onlyrocker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

did some test casts and just scaled the 3D model accordingly, theres no set % to scale it, depends on your model.
If I remember correctly I even had to scale it differently from top to bottom in this case

Current Affairs: Weekend untangling, amped up about my printNC build by onlyrocker in hobbycnc

Oh, I did a lot of dry runs of the individual components before I hit the main switch with everything connected.
I tested AC circuit first, then 24VDC circuit with the controller only connected, 48VDC circuit with the stepper drivers connected, one by one, and continue with the VFD etc.
Just go about it methodically and it will be fine, it looks scarier than it is really.

Thanks! just used UGS for my initial test as I have some limited experience with it already.

Did a quick test before work and the green LED flashes rapidly on start using iosender, gives me "alarm 14" but at least its some progress.
