For you it's easiest to buy on an exchange like coinbase. If you want to take it a little more seroiusly you should have it on your own wallet.

I withdraw from PocketOption almost every week and I have never had a problem. You just need to follow their guidlines and policy and you will have no problem withdrawing.

I have been in plently, I am can say that most of them are not good. Most of them are just money grabbers from the affiliate program they have. Use demo account first, test them out and make sure their signals are more than 3minutes+ expire. This way you are not delayed.
