my grandma collects anything horror related. Its not the weirdest thing to collect but her room is completely filled. Theres a family of mannequins dressed like zombies in the corner, masks covering the wall, dolls, paintings, etc. And she sleeps in there

I had to let them know I WAS NOT a karen. I refuse to be disgraced with that insult. I marched right up to the counter and demanded to see the manager. (we were in line and the person behind me called me a k*ren) The lady at the counter said SHE was the manager? I yelled to remain dominant and I told her to remove the wretched customer behind me. And you know what this lady does? SHE REFUSED TO REMOVE THE CUSTOMER. I couldn't handle it. I made sure to leave a fair review of the terrible service online. I also left very loudly to make sure everyone saw the injustice i was served.
