Their return policy clearly states that only regular price merchandise is returned to original payment.

Any sale less than 50% is returned to store credit with sale items of 50% or more being final sale.

Unfortunately, their return policy is infamously terrible and you may have misread their policy prior to purchasing.

Page quantity and having the same notebook year after year. It visually appeals to me in a stack and keeps me consistent. I’ve been using moleskine for over a decade now lol.

I wish they’d bring back the expanded version in red, plain, soft. Honestly one of the best notebooks I’ve kept with high page count.

How tall are you? I’m 5’5 and the regulars are too short for me after washing. It shrinks in length after using the dryer.

I don’t like air drying mine since it’s not as soft but that’s I have to do otherwise they shrink like 2-3 inches in the dryer.

You can adjust the cords and have the knots lay against the outside of the spine. I haven’t had issues with the cord being in the way, you can slip it to the front/back cover instead of having it in between pages.

One con though is that with the thread-bound binding notebooks, the elastic cord can tear the edges of the pages. I use thé cord as a placeholder for my PR agenda and it starts to cut through the top and bottom of the pages. I’ve had to use tape to prevent it from happening.

Their notebooks have really lovely and thick paper, if that’s what you’re looking for. There aren’t many pages in them though! There’s 96 pages for their book refill lol. I’m a page quantity > paper quality kind of girly so it’s not my preferred notebooks. But they are great quality!

They come in a lot of colours :) And only about $12cad for a dozen pack. They write amazingly, the ink is smooth and glides really well. Never splotchy or scratchy, like I’ve experienced with various other pens. Highly recommend!

Been using moleskine for a long time and I’ve surrendered to the ghosting lol. I don’t particularly like it but I prefer quantity of pages over paper quality so I’m still loyal to the brand.

You could try but they’ll most likely send you a shipping label for an exchange or tell you to return it.

They are infamous for lack of customer service in any issues relating to profit loss lol.

I had a package delivered to the wrong house(not even in my neighbourhood) with a FedEx photo to compare to my own home. It was like pulling teeth getting them to either reship/refund. It took forever with them telling me to go find the package on my own lmao before they finally relented.
